SPARK: Working With Young Workforce ( 0-3 years of experience)
When we are starting out our career, we are finding our grounding as working professionals. We are discovering the essentials of our being, that set up our work life patterns. We aim to help the millennial and Gen Z strengthen their foundation and develop work and life habits that will enrich them individually and professionally.
After doing an extensive primary research with millennials and their leaders, we built our workshop around 5 values: Willingness, Ownership, Patience, Attention and Openness. Using interactive theatre techniques, psychodrama, roleplays, skits, we encourage the participants to debate, share their dilemmas and dialogue with us which would finally lead to clarity and commitment.
