This was my 2nd session with the company, and I continue to be impressed with their unorthodox ways of engaging the audience and making learnings effective. There were some very candid discussions on current challenges we experience while connecting with the customer, and the techniques shared by the facilitator in handling such conversations will a go a long way in improving ourselves further. The exercise on ‘branding yourself’ was truly a powerful one. My key take away would be on being as close as possible to the natural self, bring in passion and my other facets in conversations/presentations, stop being conscious of how I am being perceived, and continuing to apply my strengths in everything I do.
