DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION:

We carry with us invisible & metaphorical backpacks - consisting of the sum of our experiences, memories and the core beliefs that guide us through life. In our workshops, participants explore how limiting beliefs & narratives can affect us at work while using roleplays of everyday workplace situations. Through a co-created safe space, we see how complex dynamics play out at work and the resultant implications around communication, hiring, engagement and team culture & DNA.
